Diese Blaubeere & Passionsfrucht Cupcakes habe ich als Dessert mitgebracht. Ich wollte mal etwas anderes ausprobieren und fing einfach mal mit dem Backen an. Als ich die Passionsfrucht sah, dachte ich, dass dies doch eine super Kombination ist. Also los, ausprobieren. Und es schmeckte einfach wundervoll. Dieses Saure und doch Süsse, zusammen mit dem Cupcake und der Buttercreme. Einfach herrlich.
Fotografiert habe ich die Blaubeere & Passionsfrucht Cupcakes im selbst gemachten Steinofen von Yael.

I brought these blueberry & passion fruit cupcakes as dessert. I wanted to try something different and just started baking. When I saw the passion fruit, I thought that this was a great combination. So go ahead, try it out. And it tasted just wonderful. This sour yet sweet, along with the cupcake and buttercream. Just lovely.
I photographed the whole thing in Yael’s homemade stone oven. Looks great, doesn’t it?
